When you work with us, or simply visit our website, some personal and professional information passes through our hands. This policy explains what that information is, how we handle it, and what your rights are.

Section 3
We use your information only for the purposes described here. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Section 4
Tarqeyah treats confidentiality as non-negotiable. Every client engagement is covered by a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that runs alongside the service agreement. It is legally binding under Bahraini law and protects both parties.
Confidential Information means any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared by either party in connection with the engagement, in any form, including:
Business & commercial
Business plans, pricing, quotations, financial information, client lists, contracts, and commercial terms.
Brand & creative
Brand guidelines, creative direction, content strategies, editorial calendars, unpublished designs, and campaign briefs.
Technical
Source code, software architecture, databases, technical designs, mockups, and proprietary methods.
Account access

Audience & performance data
Advertising budgets, campaign performance metrics, audience insights, and customer data held within client accounts.
Derivative materials
Notes, analyses, or summaries prepared by either party that contain or reference confidential information.
Information is not considered confidential if it:
Tarqeyah protects your confidential information with appropriate safeguards. Access goes only to team members with a genuine need, all of whom have signed their own NDAs. We will not use your confidential information for anything other than delivering the agreed services.
Survives termination
Confidentiality obligations remain in force even after the engagement ends. If we are required by law or court order to disclose confidential information, we will notify you in advance wherever legally permitted.
Section 5
When you grant us access to your social media profiles, advertising accounts, hosting environments, CMS platforms, or any other third-party service, we treat this access as strictly limited to delivering your agreed services.
What we access
Only the accounts and platforms listed in the signed Scope of Work or onboarding form. We request only the permissions needed to perform the agreed tasks.
How we store it
Credentials and access details are stored in our internal systems with restricted access. They are not shared externally and are removed when the engagement ends.
Your end-users' data
If your platforms hold data about your customers (e.g., e-commerce orders, subscriber lists), we access only what is required to complete the work. We do not harvest, copy, or retain your customers' data for our own purposes.
On project completion
You should revoke our access to your accounts once the project is delivered. We recommend changing passwords and access tokens after the engagement closes.
Client responsibility
Tarqeyah is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of data that exists within client-owned accounts before we access them. Any content we produce for you undergoes client approval before publication — once approved, responsibility for that content transfers to you.
Section 7
We keep your information for as long as necessary to deliver the services, meet our legal obligations, and resolve any disputes. In practice:
Section 8
We protect your information using technical and organisational controls. These include:
Access control
Access to client data is restricted to team members with a legitimate need, all bound by NDAs.
Encrypted storage
Sensitive credentials and files are stored with encryption where technically feasible on our systems.
Secure communication
We transmit data over HTTPS and encrypted channels. We do not share credentials via unencrypted email.
No system is completely immune to security risks. If you suspect a breach affecting information you have shared with us, please contact us immediately at hello@tarqeyah.com and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

You can object to certain types of processing, such as marketing communications.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@tarqeyah.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some requests may be limited where we have a legitimate legal obligation to retain data (such as financial records under Bahraini commercial law).
Our website may link to third-party sites. We have no control over how those sites handle your data. Check their own privacy policies before sharing information with them.
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
