Small team means what you build goes live fast. You'll know which projects you touched and you'll be able to point to them.
You'll get feedback from people who have shipped things before. The project variety here builds skills faster than a single-stack company would.
Results matter more than being in the office. Most roles are hybrid: 3 days in Manama, 2 days wherever you work best.
Projects belong to the person doing them, from brief to delivery. If that means pushing back on a bad brief, that's part of the job.

The full design process, from user research to Figma handoffs. Web, mobile, and brand work for clients you'll deal with directly.
Take client projects from Figma files to App Store submission. React Native is the main tool here; Flutter works too.
SEO strategy, paid campaigns, and content management for a client portfolio. Part strategy, part getting your hands dirty in Ads Manager.
You'll build the interfaces clients see every day. Fast load times, mobile-first layouts, and code that holds up across every browser.
