We're a small team of designers, developers, and marketers. Projects go live fast and there's nobody approving your pull requests for three weeks. If that sounds good, read on.
Small team means what you build goes live fast. You'll know which projects you touched and you'll be able to point to them.
You'll get feedback from people who have shipped things before. The project variety here builds skills faster than a single-stack company would.
Results matter more than being in the office. Most roles are hybrid: 3 days in Manama, 2 days wherever you work best.
Projects belong to the person doing them, from brief to delivery. If that means pushing back on a bad brief, that's part of the job.
